Information for Athletes
Dear athletes,
Welcome to this year’s “International KOST Läufermeeting” in Pliezhausen!

We wish you a successful competition and a pleasant stay in Pliezhausen!
Competition:
- For Check-In please use the athletes entrance
- Latest Check-In is 75 minutes before your race
- There is no Callroom, please come to the start of your competition latest 10 minutes before your race is scheduled
Your stay in Hotel Schönbuch
(only for athletes with accommodation in this hotel):
- The hotel is quite near located to the stadium (by foot 1km).
- On May 16th dinner will start at 6.30 p.m.
- On May 17th it is possible to have lunch in the restaurant
- All extras (coffee, drinks, additional meals) have to been paid by your own
- On May 17th in the evening the restaurant is closed, but there will be prepared some cold dishes. Otherwise there is the restaurant at the stadium (at your own expense)
Airport transfer Stuttgart – Pliezhausen
(only invited athletes travelling by plane):
- From Friday to Sunday (May 15th to 17th) we offer free transport and transfer between Airport Stuttgart and Pliezhausen
- On Monday (May 18th) we can offer only quite reduced capacities for any transfers, but there is fast bus connection between Pliezhausen and airport Stuttgart (25 minutes). The bus station (Baumsatz/Gewerbe) is only 300m away from the hotel.
